Beginning March 29, 2019, exhibitors may pre-register for booth personnel badges via Exhibitor Online Registration. CompuSystems (CSI) is the SHRM official registration vendor for the SHRM 2019 Annual Conference & Exposition. Exhibitors will receive an email with a password and a link to register exhibitor booth personnel. As a reminder, booth personnel badges are for employees of the exhibiting company only.

CERTIFICATE OF INSURANCEPer the terms of the contract, ALL exhibiting companies are required to carry general liability insurance in an amount of at least equal to $1,000,000 in the aggregate and $1,000,000 per claim, or, if greater, such amount as may be required by the convention facility, and shall supply SHRM with a certificate evidencing such coverage and naming SHRM as an additional insured with right to at least ten days advance written notice of termination.SHRM is pleased to have partnered with Rainprotection to collect certificates of insurance and offer an affordable short-term plan to those companies who do not have existing insurance coverage.
