EXHIBITOR REGISTRATIONExhibitors may now register booth personnel badges via Exhibitor Online Registration portal. CompuSystems (CSI) is the SHRM official registration vendor for the SHRM 2019 Annual Conference & Exposition. Did you know that as an exhibitor you can upgrade your badge to a full conference badge and have access to attend more than 200 concurrent sessions, the keynote sessions and the Tuesday night event with Lionel Richie. Each 10’x10’ booth includes one full conference exhibitor registration and SHRM offers a heavily discounted rate of $870 per person if you would like to register more of your staff to have access to all of the conference. It includes key show information, such as:• Important dates and deadlines • Information on installation and dismantling instructions • Order forms for booth furnishings and audio-visual needs • Lead retrieval services and Conference Mailing List Order Form • Sponsorship Opportunities • And other convention center services (internet and phone connections, electrical, plumbing, etc.) Please make sure you and/or your third-party Exhibitor Appointed Contractor (EAC) are familiar with the contract rules and regulations and booth configuration and construction guidelines outlined in the Exhibitor Service Kit. EXHIBITOR APPOINTED CONTRACTOR (EAC) AND CERTIFICATE OF INSURANCEExhibitors may appoint third party agents to perform services on their behalf at SHRM19. This includes EACs who assist in booth installation and dismantling. SHRMs official vendors must be used for all services including, but not limited to: audio visual equipment/services, lead retrieval services, photograph, computer/ data display rentals, and floral arrangements. All exhibitors using an EAC must submit the EAC Notification Form.CERTIFICATE OF INSURANCEPer the terms of the contract, ALL exhibiting companies are required to carry general liability insurance in an amount of at least equal to $1,000,000 in the aggregate and $1,000,000 per claim, or, if greater, such amount as may be required by the convention facility, and shall supply SHRM with a certificate evidencing such coverage and naming SHRM as an additional insured with right to at least ten days advance written notice of termination.SHRM is pleased to have partnered with Rainprotection to collect certificates of insurance and offer an affordable short-term plan to those companies who do not have existing insurance coverage. Proof of insurance is mandatory and more details about submitting your certificate or purchasing coverage can be found HERE.
